Hi! There are a lot of reasons that can cause this like mood disorders, hormonal imbalance, stress, etc. I would advise that you go for a consultation with a psychologist before you consult a physician. It can help to explore what may be causing you to feel this way.
Next Steps
Talk to a psychologist or sex therapist. Reach out if you would like to schedule an online consultation
Health Tips
Try to have an open conversation with your wife about what is going on that you think could be causing this can help break some of the walls

I recommend seeking help from a psychologist or sex therapist to address sexual problems in your relationship. Psychologists specialize in understanding and addressing the psychological factors that may contribute to sexual issues, such as communication problems, stress, anxiety, or relationship dynamics. A psychologist can provide therapy and support to help you and your wife navigate these challenges and improve your sexual relationship. If there are underlying physical issues, that may require medical intervention, then consulting a urologist in conjunction with a psychologist could be beneficial. However, starting with a psychologist can help you explore the psychological aspects of your sexual concerns and determine the most appropriate course of action.
Next Steps
consult a paychologist

Hi, If your concerns primarily involve emotional or psychological factors such as loss of interest in sex, relationship issues, or anxiety related to sexual performance, consulting a psychologist or a sex therapist may be beneficial. They can help you explore underlying psychological factors, communication barriers, and relationship dynamics that might be impacting your sexual health. On the other hand, if you suspect that there might be physical issues affecting your sexual function, such as erectile dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, or other medical conditions, then consulting a urologist would be advisable. In many cases, a collaborative approach involving both psychological and medical interventions may be most effective.
