I and my wife are planning to have a baby but after a lot of effort, I can't seem to get it.  We are thinking of sex tablets megalis 10 mg and menforce 50mg use karne to increase sexual desire and increase baby pregnancy chances. Is it safe to use sex tablets once or have any major side effects.
