Hai , you can opt for two things . 1. You can go for extraction, but should consider age and post extraction pain ( you cannot take pain medications in pregnancy) 2. Re root canal treatment can be started and medication can be placed inside the tooth , which will help in reducing pain and swelling . No medication is required.
