After having a root canal they wore a silver cap on my tooth and it went good. Now from yesterday it started to pain a lot in the same tooth. How come? What is the problem doctor? Doctor please advice me what to do and what not to do? For time being can u please suggest me a good pain killer for that tooth.

we have to check with the xray first whether the root canal have been done good . after that we have to check for high points in crown. after finishing this all you have to take antibiotics and pain killers for 3 days. thank you.
