I have a big whole in my teeth due to cavity.So my teeth is paining severely n one side swelling also.

Hello Cavity in a tooth should be treated ASAP. An X Ray evaluation would explain if a root canal treatment is required but as per your symptoms probably it is a deep infected cavity so you need to get it treated soon.
