I literally take stress for every small thing which happens to me thoughout the day which even i feel doesnt have any ground. This is effecting my regular activities. I feel sometimes i suffer from ocd as well (maybe minor). My family and friends are not very much aware of mental health problems so i cant talk to them about my issues. See for example while posting this query also I am thinking i shouldnt post this..what will happen if my friends came to know about this and a whole lot of other things.
