Have been taking medication for pàin relief like Myoril osicarr ultracet semi etc.But nò relief.Even Sciatica pain

Pain killers do not help with sciatica except for temporary pain relief If you sit for longer hours or stand  for long hours you need to change position bend backwards Lie in your stomach and prop up in elbows for some time There are lot of exercises that u can suggest for your sciatica to cure it completely Send me your reports
