Severe Painful Pus-Filled Pimples

I am having pus-filled pimples on my face. They are very painful and I am not able to sleep at night due to the pain. Please suggest me any effective cream or treatment and guide me through the right steps for relief.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
