Severe pain on the right side
Severe pain on the right side occurs at night once I lie down . Throughout the day I don't experience anything uncomfortable. Also I don't see any visible cavities so I am not sure about that either .

Due to cavity in tooth most likely.
T. Ketorol DT, when pain, 2 tablets dilute in water and consume followed by single tablet on necessity.
Or, in empty stomach, T. Ugesic, keep single tablet below tongue and do not lift tongue for minimum 1 min, for the tablet to get absorbed.
If still persists even after 2 days,
T. Monocef O CV 200/125mg, 2times/day, ten tablets.
T. Famonext 20, before food.

There should be a deep cavity in one of the teeth which is why you have pain typically while lying down.
You shall have to get an xray done to know exactly what is the condition of the tooth.
For now do the following
1. Take tab combiflam twice daily after food for 5 days
2. Avoid chewing and sleeping on affected side
3. Ice application on affected side externally
