Severe pain in the lower back

2018-05-26 13:16:37
I have severe pain in the lower back since today morning ,Ive been just laying down since then , can't move around as the pain increases if I try to do so ! The pain is sharp and focused around the lower back and pelvic area ! What could be the reason ? I haven't taken any medication yet but have applied pain relief sprays. I'm a regular drinker and I'm 41 years old . Kindly suggest any pain relief tablets which do not damage the liver . Thank you

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Do hot packs for 15 mins 2-3 times a day.. And take good amount of rest for today.. no bending or lifting any kind of weights .. and if the pain still persists.. do meet your physiotherapist at earliest.
