Severe pain in lower back

Hi I have sudden severe pain in lower back. I am not able to walk or sit. Also i am not able to lay down on bed on side or on back. Also, I am not able to get up from the bed

Take complete bed rest. No sitting, no standing, no bending. Only walking allowed. Tab enzomac plus and dolo 650, both twice a day together after meals. Pantop dsr, if feel acidity with medicines.
