Severe pain arising for last two weeks in the wrist joint which results in not able to move my thumb finger and unable to work. I feel the pain inside

Next Steps
Take adequate rest. Minimise typing on the phone/computer. Apply pain relief spray. Apply crepe bandage for support. Can take Tab Signoflam twice a day after food for 3 days. Please consult if problem continues even after following this advice.
