Severe pain in knee, ankle, shoulder

I am rheumatoid arthritis patient for 1 year. I am under ayurvedic medication. Right now i have severe pain in knee, ankle, shoulder and fingers, hence not able to walk also. I am feeling stiffness in these joints while doing stretch execrices. Kindly advise on pain management.
