Is the pain only in the night or it occurs any time of the day? Is there any swelling over feet also? Please start with massage for calf muscles and vitamin D + B12 supplements. Also vitamin E supplement. You need an orthopaedic consultation.

Hello Yes sometimes symptoms might aggravate after physiotherapy on Spondylolisthesis. I suggest you place a pillow below your knees when sleeping. Muscle relaxant medications like Myoril might be helpful in relieving the pain and stiffness.
