Feels like the left leg is twisting from inside, constant pain despite of 2 yrs of medication, The pain becomes more severe at the time of sleep, unable to sleep at night, what should i do ?

Hello Is the pain in the back muscles (calf) of your leg or in the whole lower limb (hip to ankle)? Any swelling over the leg? Please share the details of your complaints.
