Since two months I am getting severe pain in muscles at different places near chest & abdomen while coughing or laughing . I observed muscles twisted at the place of pain.It will become normal after rubbing and flexing the body I need advice the remedy and which  specialist to be consulted.

Hi sir this is muscle cramp u can consult MD medicine some time it might be because of low sodium.
