Severe Lower back pain

The patient is facing severe lower back pain since past 6 hours. We have tried applying muscle relief gel still it's showing no improvement. Also done with hot fomentation still no signs of improvement. The back pain is so severe that the patient is not able to move or even change her position.

Hello Is this the first time of such pain? How did it start? You can take some muscle relaxants and antiinflammatory. Kindly share the details.
