Having severe and excruciating lower back p,Yesterday I took digital xray, and diagnosed with degeneration in the hip joint area and there was no lubrication fluid in between the bone discs. Tablets for treatment is. Trypsin Bromelain. Rutoside. Methylcobalamin. Pregabalin. Acelofenac. Paracetamol. Will these tablets affect the kidney and BPH, if so any alternate. Please guide me.

Aceclofenac can affect to kidneys.

Hello sir only aceclofenac will affect the kidney, but that is the main pain killer out of all these medicines. It is ok to take aceclofenac for 2-3 days for severe pain if currently your kidney fuction is ok
