Good noon sir / madam, am having severe headache on top and sides like heavy pressure increasing feeling in head also neck muscles are becoming tight and tight when i talk louder i feel some sounds are coming in head like pearl or some jewel dropping on floor sound is coming in my head please reply is it serious ?
