Severe fatigue

Hi, I am 45 years male on medicine for diabetese and htn. 20 days back I had chest discomfort and shortness of breath. After seeing my ecg doctors told me that it's look like mild mi and reffered me to cardiologist and he says that it's normal changes nothing to worry and adviced me panto inj iv, I get some relief. Now I am feeling severe fatigue, muscle pains all over with cramps, lightheadedness,chills,pain in chest and back while breathing. I am also feeling abnormal heartbeat sensation,sometimes I feel my heart is going to stop and skip the beats. Day by day my symptoms is worsening. I am sending my lab reports please advice me with contact number please.
