Attaching my xray of cervical spine ...having severe lightheadedness since 1 week taking vertin but no use ...please tell if this xray is normal or is there any problem

Severe muscle spasm, early spondylosis.. take muscle relaxants and physiotherapy

It's early stages of cervical spondylitis as in x ray muscle spasm is there.
