Hello Doctor, my son 43 having right lower jaw tooth decay. extraction is due in next few days. sudden severe dental pain in affected lower tooth area from 4pm today. Pls advice SOS emergency dental pain and ache relief medicine and solution. thank you

Pain is due to infection if tooth.  Plz take augmentin 625mg bd along with ketorol dt to control pain

Hi,    1.please avoid using hot water gargle    2.Avoid chewing on the affected side    3. Avoid hot and cold foods    4.In case,  if there is no kidney, liver and heart diseases and any tablet allergy , please start  Zerodol SP tablet
