I have a severe back pain with spasms. I have taken hot water compression and voveran sr. Is it ok? Please suggest some OTC medicine to lessen my pain. Should I apply hot water compression or ice pack? Which one will be more effective?

U can continue medication But if symptoms increase, it needs evaluation it might be a prolapse disc also
