Severe back pain

2023-07-04 05:04:53
I've been suffering with back since more than a month and in the last week I met with an injury while playing cricket. I didn't fall down, but just suddenly my lower back got stiffer and I just couldn't move and experienced a hell lot of pain. I've taken an MRI and I'm hoping you will give your thoughts on how to proceed further? Please give me your advice on how to get it recovered soon!! Thank you
