As your profession depends lot of sitting and typing..dat stress the upper back ,shoulder and arm..poor posture like forward neck can increase the demand on upper back which leads to muscle imbalance..As information gicen by you are insufficient fir proper diagnosis..you need a conprehensive assessment from ortho or physio..As burning sensation (usually related to some nerve pressing) can be coz of many reason like cervical radiculopathy , cervical spondylosis, myofascial pain ( trigger point. or some gym or sports injury etc.As treatment depend on diagnosis so suggest you get it check soon.will advice you to be posture aware especially while working on computer and driving..Avoid sitting for long hours ; in between take frequent breaks.avoid neck bending foe ling hours..check your sleeping posture.avoid lifting weights..Do upper back stretchung and conditioning exercises under physiotherapist guidance.
