Most episodes of back pain reduce without any treatment in 2-3 days. Rather than sleep flat on the floor, try to sleep on your side with hips and knees kept bent. Adopting safe postures while sitting during work will also help. If your problem does not reduce in 2-3 days, if your pain increases or pain appears in the thighs, you need to see a doctor.
