I have a serious case of back acne which is not reducing and actually aggravating. Currently using GetRid soap and an aloe vera spray liquid spray I made at home. No major change in the acne level. Please suggest some OTC medications or ointments for a severe case

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
