Hello i have joints pain and stiff uppr back since 4-5 months.. fingers feel stiff,also legs pain and shoulders pain Too much cracking sounds come from bones and twitching of muscles done some tests Cbc normal Crp 5 Esr 25 Ra negative Anti Ccp 0.5 Please give some advice TIA
