Sesame seed during pregnancy

I m 20 weeks pregnant.today I ate sesame chikki .is it harmful to baby?pls suggest what should I do ???

Hi. There is no harm of eating sesame seeds in pregnancy. Avoid papaya, pineapple, Chinese food. You can eat everything else in moderate amounts. Also avoid outside food!

Hi don’t worry about sesame seeds it’s just a myth In fact they are good source of calcium & iron . It’s good to eat them in pregnancy . Recommended to eat them daily
