As per my latest blood test reports my Serum Iron is 48 , this is the first time i have got these low levels. I have B12 & D3 deficiency as well, for that i do take medicines - Neurobion Forte & Uprise D3. Can you please prescribe a medicine for iron deficiency.My Hb is 14 and it has always been at the same levels. Otherwise there is no health issue. I have a 6 year old kid.

Serum Iron is not a helpful test and with your Hb of 14- can ignore it. Serum Iron test was designed to identify patients with any conditions causing Iron overload. Bizarrely they are using it routinely now. On your report it mentions slightly low B12 and low Vitamin D. This needs replacement. All the best. J G S R clinic
