Is the level of ferritin 39 is good for a female post c section delivery? How much is needed? Also I'm getting chills frequently and not able to control with what ever sweaters or heaters atleast for an hour. I'm seeing this condition post the cesarean delivery. Why is this happening to me? Pls help
