It depends on the antidepressants you are taking.. Kindly be under supervision of a doctor with monitoring of vital parameters.. It should resolve in a few days generally

Hi Usually with one antidepressant that too at a low dose for a condition like anxiety,  it's very rare to develop serotonin syndrome, it develops with combination of medicines like (SSRI's & TCA's)  given high dose in a short period.
