Sepsis and wbc count

2 week ago I had dengue.I did CBC today.Wbc is 148000.Neutrophils - 84,lymphocytes - 12,platelets - 1.89 lac.Is there any chance of sepsis?

Platelet count is normal but wbc is increased indicating some infection. Consult to know more

Yes it can be , but there must be a focus of infection  , which you have not mentioned now , h/o dengue 2wks ago , not satisfying this criteria ,
