I am 33 years old have braces since 4 months to fix tmj ..my teeth was healthy but now suddenly since yesterday whenever water touches teeth a sudden shooting sensation pain rise till nose..I dnt know what to do..xray was normal and I dnt think root canal to be done on all teeth...all of sudden why it happened and how can it be resolved.

Hello! Fortunately, this type of sensitivity is a short lived, it's result of  teeth and gums begin to accommodate, adjustment of on-going orthodontic treatment . Braces treatment causes minor tooth sensitivity, they should not be  extreme and cause discomfort.
