Use Sensodyne rapid relief tooth paste , also after brushing in the night please apply a layer of toothpaste on the affected area of the teeth . Leave this on atleast half hour if not for the whole night. Do not eat anything after this application . Water is fine to drink but only after half hour. This will definitely help in controlling the sensitivity . Use this for a month’s time and evaluate the sensitivity . If reduced go back your normal tooth paste in the morning and night time use sensodyne tooth paste . Calcium supplements will not help in reducing sensitivity.
