Hello , 1stly stop using sensodyne , start using ultrasoft tooth brush , need proper/ correct brushing technique which dentist can show you when you visit to your dentist . Need to check clinically  if there is any tooth which has teared off deeply due wrong brushing technique. Which might be the reason for senstivity .
Next Steps
Visit to your nearest  dentist.
Health Tips
Stop brushing  hard.
