Seeking help for hyperpigmentation

I have lichen planus pigmentosa for past 10 years. last year july, i took laser co2 fractional on my face, that triggered LPP on my face and it broke out on my stomach,hands and tighs too.can iv glutathione help me get rid of my hyperpigmentation.i have maintained a very healthy diet since then and improvement is tremendous!thanks
