Seeking advice on delivery options

2024-07-22 10:18:45
I am 36 weeks pregnant. I had a C-section 3.9 years ago, and my current pregnancy is normal. However, my doctor suggested that I should go for a C-section as there is also a risk with normal delivery. I'm confused. Should I do body exercises for a normal delivery or not? I did exercises throughout my pregnancy, but I have stopped now. Also, does the vagina become loose after a normal delivery or does it stay the same? Please suggest which one is best in my case

There are many factors to be considered when you are opting for a vaginal delivery after c section. The best person to decide whether you need a repeat cesarean or if you can deliver vaginally is your gynaec and you need to discuss in detail regarding the pros and cons of each. Take an informed decision after discussing regarding all the risks involved in both ways of delivering.
