I have a daughter of 3 year old. My blood group is ab negative and my husband is b positive. When I was pregnant with my first child I had to take injection for rh problem.  We are planning for second baby. Do I need to take the same shots for second pregnancy. Will there be any issues with my second pregnancy? My first delivery was with c section.

Because ur blood group is negative you need a prophylactic dose of anti D at 28 weeks. After delivery if baby blood group is negative you need not take. If it is positive again u have to take a shot.

Yes you need to take the dose in every pregnancy. ICT test should be done during 28weeks and of its negative then you have to take the injection and also post delivery according to the baby's blood group.

No issues because you have taken anti d during first pregnancy. So whenever you conceive ,initially Indirect Coombs test (ICT) is done ,if negative again repeat at 28weeks ,if negative-anti d injection is given, and post delivery baby’s blood group is checked and if it’s positive then only you need to take anti d injection again If baby blood group is negative,no need of anti d injection.
