Sebaceous cyst?

I have a swelling in my right armpit and I observed it just after shaving. Its not painful or red or warm and its reducing in size slowly. Its been 3 days since I noticed the swelling .I had a similar swelling in my right armpit about a year ago and it was a sebaceous cyst and I had it excised.Should I wait for the swelling to subside on its own or go for surgical excision?I am worried that it might be a sebaceous cyst again!

Sebaeous cust occur due to blockage of sebeaous gland duct.... Sebum is required for healthy skin.... taking out that affected gland is the wise option
Next Steps
consult a general surgeon
