Hey there, suffering from cold and cough from Saturday, took a few medicines, but none is working, one of my friend suggested dashmularisht , will it be a help?

Ascoiril D syrup 10 ml three times a day if you are not having asthma or breathing difficulty and not married and pregnant If your cough is dry or little phlegm is comming you could try above syrup if you are bringing lots of phlegm out you could try Ascoril expectorant 10 ml three times a day with Tab wysolone 5 mg three times a day along with Mox 500 mg times a day for 3 to 5 days

If you have history of asthma better to use metered dose inhaler like foracort MDI 200 micro gm puff once or twice a day along with rhinocort nasal spray one spray in each nose
