Scrotum vericocele and nil sperm count ( before 1 year sperm count was 10million). 2 Month aurvedic and 3 months Allopathy treatment taken but no effect. Can i use ice for keep testis cool or use nornal water?

You haven't shared your varicocele grade.... If It is subclinical or first grade.... then go for ayurvedic treatment with Panchakarma.... If it is second grade or more then go for surgery
