A superficial scratch from a known domestic cat that doesn't bleed is a low-risk exposure. However, for children, it's always safer to get a rabies vaccine course as a precaution, especially if the cat's vaccination status is unknown. Wash the scratch area thoroughly with soap and water immediately.

Enquire about the vaccination status if the cat and keep an eye on cats behaviour. It is a mild scratch nothing to worry. Yes you should get tetanus vaccination done. If the cat is not vaccinated or not Fully vaccinated, anti rabies vaccine is to be given to the child too

If you have taken TT already It seems like a minor scratch so arv is advisable if the penetration is deep then Arv on 0,3,7,28 is necessary
