I have prolapsed disc on l5 s1 level from 2years, I have been doing McKenzie stretch and push ups twice a day. Still no complete cure leg pain is the worse part. MRI impression: l5s1 annular bulge with supperadded broad based herniation, causing minimal the and bilateral s1 neural compromise.
