What are the better alternatives of qpen 25 mg because it is making me too sleepy and drowsy...kindly suggest

Quetiapine might be added as an augmentation agent in your case as your primary diagnosis is OCD.. need further history regarding your condition like how long you have been taking the medications etc , as it takes some time to adjust to the medications. I advise you to consult your treating psychiatrist and discuss the problem so that they can adjust medications.
