If person Can't take dicision.  Can't understand what is real and not real.  Is it symptoms of schizophrenia or bipolar??? Which are the major symptoms of schizophrenia except hallucination

Symptoms of schizophrenia- suspicious behaviour(paranoia), talking to self or hearing voices(hallucinatory behaviour), aggression, irrelevant talking,delusion of control by aliens or others via black magic or modern technology. These are common ones. Difficulty taking decisions may occur in a normal person as well. Consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
