They will be resistance for treatment as they lack insight about their illness.
You can try SERENACE syrup with a doctor advice and admit him near psychiatric hospital.

Patients with schizophrenia often have poor awareness of their illness and deny visits to a psychiatrist and treatment. In that case, sometimes relatives must convince/trick /force patients to visit a psychiatrist. Schizophrenia is treated with medicines. There are other options that a relative may opt like online consultation amongst other options.
