Hi Team I'm on encrote chrono 400 MG and Risperodon 2 MG. Maintenance treatment going On. Can I go For ECT treatment as I'm feeling lethargic and energy less and anhedonia most times now. Is it safe for scezofernia treatment.

Those are not the indications for ECT. Those symptoms are better addressed with medications and social skills training. Good luck

Hi, Can you opt for ECT as form of treatment in your case: Yes Is it advisable to get ECT in your case: No, unless other non-invasive options have been tried The symptoms which you reported are not the usual indications for receiving ECT. Hope it helps you to take informed decision.
