Scared of myself alone

2023-03-06 10:39:01
I have been having anxiety for a few months.. have had full blown anxiety attacks as well. These usually happen when I get confused about what's real. For some reason I am having difficulty in differentiation between my dreams and reality... I am scared of staying alone as I am afraid i will harm myself dangerously. I am alone right now as well and feeling scared even though there is no confusion at the moment.
