The treatment of scaphoid fractures depend upon the fact that how may days old is it, because the treatment depends on displacement (which in your case is minimal) and duration, this fracture is notorious for not uniting, so better get treated fast, either by surgery of cast depending on duration
Next Steps
consult a Hand Surgeon

Fracture(#) is a little displaced The results with either treatment are not 100% due to scaphoid's precarious blood supply. If the # is fresh I.e. Less than 5 days old.  Than get a scaphoid cast (preferably Fiber glass). But keep in mind that this needs to be kept for 2-3 months. With periodic radiological evauation to confirm healing. If some time has passed since the # then go for surgery. But keep in mind even best hands cant gaurantee pain free union.
